The Pole Partner® LLC

Disclaimer:

To ensure the float guarantee, the POLEPARTNER^® must be properly installed on the washing pole. Prior to use, make sure all the holes, whether it be for any applicable piece of the telescoping feature of the pole or otherwise, are covered by the sleeve of the POLEPARTNER^®. The user must also have installed properly -the correct sized sleeve of the POLEPARTNER^® set on the pole for the guarantee to be valid. The Pole Partner, LLC is not responsible for improper installation that may result in the loss of any washing poles by sinking, or damages to the vessel. The Pole Partner, LLC is not responsible for lost washing poles due to floating away; it is doing its job and, it is the userís responsibility to retrieve the washing pole and POLEPARTNER^® combo. The Float Guarantee is only valid if the washing pole has an adapter head on it, Pole Partner, LLC is not responsible for the users washing pole sinking due to no adapter head on it.

The Pole Partner, LLC is also not responsible for improper storage of the POLEPARTNER^®. When storing the POLEPARTNER^®, it must be either on a pole or laid flat with no weight against it in order to avoid possible permanent deformation or cresses. Also, if storing the POLEPARTNER^® on a washing pole, the user must be mindful of clips that hold the washing pole in the washing locker as, they can also leave permanent indents on the sleeve of the POLEPARTNER^® sleeve. Do not abuse the POLEPARTNER^® sleeves with sharp or pointed objects, and be sure to rinse the POLEPARTNER^® if its been submerged in salt water to prevent the POLEPARTNER^® from getting damaged.
